These Products and the other products are branded with this unique name "Cliqsms". Though we can accept adverts or other links from third parties users clicking to this adverts or links should be aware that we are not responsible for the content or any transactions made thereafter.
GENERAL
You confirmed that you are 18 years and above as at the time you are registering or registered your Cliqsms account. This is also applicable when your cliqsms account was registered by someone else on your behalf. The person registering your cliqsms account can be you, friends or relatives, cliqsms staff or agents.
You accept that all information you registered with (or registered on your behalf) and configured your account with is true and indemnify Cliq Systems Solutions against any false found therein.
You accept that any false information may lead to the termination of your Cliqsms Account without refunding your money or data value at the time of termination.
You accept the full responsibility for all the information used for the registration and configuration of your Account including the Phone Number and Sender Name(s) that you use to send SMS with. Registration of and the use of unauthorized Sender Name will lead to Account Suspension, to unblocked your Account for that reason, you need to login to your account and click Change Profile/Password, then upload your Government Issued ID Card of your Country and your Company ID Card that gives you the privilege to use the Sender Name.
SENDING AND DELIVERY OF SMS MESSAGES
Cliqsms will, when indicated as functional by System Status, send each SMS message to one of our SMS gateways for delivery to the relevant networks, provided no error is displayed to suggest that this will not be done. Cliq Systems Solutions guarantees that under these circumstances all messages are sent. However, delivery is the responsibility of third party networks and services, including the receiving device itself, and cannot be guaranteed but to the best of our knowledge and technological devices, the message indicated as sent has been sent from our server to the third party networks and phones. If you find this information to be incorrect, then provide us with the full details of the message and confirmation message so as to allow us to investigate the problem with individual networks affected.
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Guest/Visitors becomes a life member upon submission of membership form by clicking the register form. However, a member status can be impaired if such member has not buy SMS within 60 days of registration when discovered that such a member is sending or has sent fraudulent SMS or when discovered that such is involved in illegal business activities.
PAYMENT & CREDITING OF ACCOUNT
Cliq Systems Solutions credits members account upon confirmation of payment either through the bank or through the online payment linked from our site. Members can also buy SMS through Paga or Baxibox Agents across the country and A minimum of 5 working days is to be granted to us in case there is a controversy over the money paid through any of the medium specified above. We do NOT sell SMS on credit.
MESSAGE CONTENT
Use of Cliqsms service in sending abusive, fraud or threat messages can be traced to the originator upon request from any agencies, in your own interest, ensure that the content of your message is legal and moral. Transactional SMS such as OTP, Code, Banking related transaction alert etc are not automatically granted to users. USERS INFORMATION/PRIVACY
Information collected from this page is meant for the maintenance of users that provide the information but may also be used for advertising, awareness and some other purposes. The phone number of the user or third party submitted to us through the process of membership, account usage or when transacting with us may be used or given to the third party for advertising or other legal purposes but it will not contain the data of the customer even customer's name will not be included.
REFUND POLICY
We refund customer in the following condition
- The customer makes a double payment as a result of doubtful mind
- The customer makes a payment in addition to the 0s he supposed to pay e.g. N100,000 instead of N10,000
Refund can take up to 72 working hour and it is the total payment, less 10% for VAT, Stamp Duty and other management charges
IDEMNITY
Every service we offer comes with specific content guidelines. You agree not to use the content intended for one service in conjunction with another. ADVERTISING/SPONSORSHIP
All Advert shown on Cliqsms are mainstream and not offensive. If you see an advert that does offend you, it is important that you contact us, so we can have it removed.
